This past weekend, our good friends, Emily and David, got married!!! For once, I actually knew the couple! I also helped Emily a little with her wedding planning, so it was very exciting!!

The day before the wedding, she had a Tiara Tea Time bridal luncheon for her bridal party. I, as Mrs. T. Potts, served them tea, played Disney Princess music, gave them hand treatments, played a "game", and dressed them up in boas and tiaras. I made her princess sugar cookies match the colors of her wedding. They then whisked off to have their nails done while the groom-to-be helped me clean up! haha!

The next day was their wedding. The ceremony was in the most beautiful church downtown. I'm pretty sure I took just as many pictures of the church as I did the actual ceremony. Emily dress was

beautiful. Her train had gorgeous lace designs. The reception was in at a social hall in Hopwood. For Jan, the

reception was a mini high school reunion! In fact, Jan-Michael, David and Emily all graduated together! When the newly weds made their rounds and came to our table, we got up to

take a picture with them. In that 5 seconds, the wait staff took all our food away! It was hilarious! Well, my father-in-law didn't think it was funny, but we still laugh about it. All day and all night, random people would ask me if I was Emily's sister or relative. What a nice compliment. By the end of the night, Emily and I decided we would just tell people "yes"! It was too confusing and hard for people to believe that I didn't even know her until a year and half ago!

Her bridal dance was hilarious. They would not let poor David through... Finally, some guy got knocked down and they let him grab her! David, you get an A+! Tara, Kris, Nicole, my in-laws, Jan and I were the last to leave. We closed that reception down! It was a lot of fun.... Congratulations Emily & David!!!!!!!

WHat a pretty wedding.
It looks like you did a great job on the bridal tea party! It sounds like a party I would want to go to!
You two get invited to more weddings than anyone I've ever known! It must be because you're just so lovable :) The wedding looks like it was just gorgeous.
