Remember when the Titanic exhibit was in Arizona? 7 years ago! That exhibit was like the mother of all exhibits. Apparently there are 5 different exhibits that tour all around the world. I didn't know that before we went and thought to myself "I remember there being different things in AZ." The Pittsburgh exhibit was a lot smaller than the one in AZ. However, for you Californians, it's the exact same exhibit that was at the Queen Mary.
Obviously, you are not allowed to take pictures inside the exhibit. Some things that were showcased were the door from D Deck, au gratin dishes, a steward's shirt, a wine bottle still that still had wine in it, perfume bottles, a frame to a window in a cafe, luggage, china, and much more.
The director at the Pittsburgh Carnegie Science Center was so nice and gave us extra boarding passes. Each boarding pass contains information and the name of someone who sailed the Titanic. At the very end of the exhibit, there is a list of names according to class... ones who survived, and the ones who did not. In that moment you realize, wow- I was given this person and that could have been me.

How cool.
By the way I love your wedding pictures!
That was Scott and my first date when it was here. We both got cards of people who died...not very romantic.
