Wet, Rain and Frogs

It rains SO MUCH in this state. I say that every day because it's true. Just about every day, it rains. All spring/summer, I could bet money that we've only had one week where it didn't rain. Just look at our forecast for this week- raining every day except tomorrow. And I bet it will rain. No wonder everything over here is neon green! There's so much rain, how could anything die? Anyway, coming from AZ, at first I loved it. Now I just can't wait for the fall. Rain just makes the days muggy and humid, and the nights cold. In fact, Jan and I got caught in the worst hail storm ever! I took video with my phone, but I don't know how to copy it off of Verizon's website. haha! I've never seen so much rain in my life.


Yesterday I went on the porch to enjoy fireflies. Yes lightening bugs people! We totally get them. But of course, it started to rain and they went away. BUT I did catch another friend who was hiding on the porch- a FROG! Go figure because it's so wet outside, I bet he loved it.
