Charlie (my step-dad) just found out that his mother died yesterday. His birthmother, Kit suffered a stroke when he was a baby and has been living in a nursing home in Ohio. The sad part is that she actually died in August. They only just remembered to call him after receiving my wedding invitation.......
As angry as this would make you and I, poor little C.J. is a ball of tears. How could they forget to tell him his grandmother had past away?
